Different molecular filament widths as tracers of accretion on to filaments

ABSTRACT We explore how dense filament widths, when measured using different molecular species, may change as a consequence of gas accretion towards the filament. As parcel falls into filament, it will experience density, temperature, and extinction values. The rate at which this environment changes affect differently abundance molecules. So, molecule that forms quickly better reflect local physical conditions experiences than slower forming molecule. Since these differences depend on respective time-scales compare, distributions should rapidly changes, i.e. find widths from time-dependent abundances for C2H, CO, CN, CS, C3H2 are most sensitive to effect. This is because molecules ones presenting also wider widths. On contrary, such N2H+, NH3, H2CO, HNC, CH3OH not so present narrowest propose ratios tracers could be useful tool estimate
